Hi,
You could ask him (politely) if he could look into why a not-for-profit organization (the HSUS ) is spending so much of their annual turnover on political lobbying when they are apparently not supposed to be allowed to do any at all.
Double check that is the situation first though as I am in the wrong country to be certain and having facts and figures you can hand him afterwards as a reminder pack is always a good thing.
