Breeder of the year award goes to...

    ...George Knaack (GLK HERP).

I received two beautiful female babies today. One is a pied and the other is a mojave.

Here is the crazy part. I found the pied on Kingsnake, she was exactly what I had in mind as the perfect color and balance of white percentage. I sent an email immediately letting George know that I wanted her and the money would be on it's way. He replied letting me know she was ready to go. In the following email to him I mentioned that if he had any extra female Mojaves lying around to throw one in for me to breed in future projects. Well this was mostly a joke on my part but what can you say when you have the room and ability to take care of another snake if they say OK. He was hatching a clutch with mojaves and promised me that if there were more than one female mojaves in that clutch she was mine.

Jackpot! and today I am the new proud daddy of both a pied (which I paid for) and a Mojave (courtesy of George Knaack being so generous). I still can't believe that happened, I never have that kind of luck. (Maybe she's a normal he painted up to look like a mojave, I better check)

I would like to thank him and let all of you know what a wonderful guy he is. I will absolutely do business with him in the future.

    Thanks George!!!!!

Re: Breeder of the year award goes to...

Thanks. I have been searching KS and reptile shows for quite some time now waiting patiently for the "right one" to pop up and I liked this girl the minute I saw her. I have probably seen nearly 100 different pieds for sale in various places lately. Some of these were males which I wasn't looking for but this little girl caught my eye. I really am happy with the whole transaction with George. Who could ask for more...wait maybe I could have gotten 2 free snakes.

Anyway thanks for the nice words about my latest addictions....I mean additions.
