    Plastic bin questions?

So I recently adopted two ball pythons but their cage is much too large to hold in heat and humidity, and the woman who owned them previously was keeping them together. SO I wanted to separate them and make sure the heating will work better. So I think I have decided to do 44 quart plastic bins. My question is, is there a good brand of UTH that won't damage the plastic or will just work really well for bins in general? Thanks!

    Re: Plastic bin questions?

Unless they are huge female snakes I doubt you will need a bin that big. I would shoot for a 32qt for each if they are under 2,000g.

Any UTH will work with a tub as long as you use it with a reptile thermostat. If you get two of the same UTHs and set he tubs up side by side you can use the reptitemp 500r thermostat.
