    Can someone help identify this boa please

    Was found about two weeks ago in a neighborhood here in Barbados, it's somewhat aggressive but he's eating and seems to be in healthy condition. It's about 4 ft long. Also can you guys tell an approx age? Thank alot in advance!!

    Appears to be some some of tree boa. As for age, it's pretty much impossible to tell with wild caughts, because you don't know how much they've eaten, and the quantity detirmines their size.

    It's an ATB... Amazon Tree Boa. Great little snakes that come in all sorts of different colors and patterns. They have a reputation for being pretty nippy, and have some decent sized teeth (for catching birds in the wild).

    That's a pretty one.

    Amazon tree boa, anywhere from 3 years old +

    And I don't know how it got to Barbados sicne they are found on the mainland continent- may have tagged along on a fruit shipment or something as they tend to like hanging out in the orchards eating the plentiful rodents and birds that come there to feed.
