Just out of curiosity...for those of you that have adult-sized female pieds, about how much do they weigh? I'm trying to aniticipate tub size for these girls...

The older girls are about 2 kg.
Would you breed a wobbler dog even though it had a cool coat?

Biggest tub size you should get would be a 41 qt, but I think some people use the 30's one. I think it's 36? I can't remember the exact number.

Excellent! Thanks for that...also out of curiosity, do you have a practice, CritterVet (exotic or otherwise)? Every time I see your name, I'm reminded of a vet practice near me that has my favorite name in the whole world for a vet clinic: "Critter Fixers" Love it!

Awesome! That's what I'm trying to determine...the 30ish qt or the 41 qt. I wasn't sure if some of the morphs get as large as normal females!

Also as far as I know, there is no correlation with any visual morph and irregular size.. so asking 'female pied size' is a little redundant.

Someday I'll have my own practice, and I'll call it "Every Pet Vet" or something like that. No where near that right now, however. "Critter Fixers" is cute.

I thought Desert females were supposed to be small? Anyone else hear that?

Re: Female adult pied size?
Actually there was threads in the BP pictures forums called "Post your biggest female" or something to that effect, and it turned out that all the ones being posted were normals. Lolo76 then post a "Post your biggest morph" and they were a little smaller, not that huge of a difference though.
This isn't an actual study, but it was interesting none-the-less.

That's just because more people have older normals.
