I have seen that on some of my snakes. I believe it is just part of the eye.

Reminds me of a cat's "third eyelid," which usually comes out when they have an infection or cut... protects the eye from further damage until it heals. One of my old cats had a permanent third eyelid, due to an accident (poked his eye on something) as a kitten. Not sure if that has anything to do with snakes, but it's possible!

It is part of a retained eyecap, possibly from a previous shed. Don't worry about it, and don't try to do anything with it - because you can cause more damage than good. It will go away with a future shed.
