Pork Steak? How on earth do you cook it?

Yep I'd fry it everythings good fried...pork, chicken, snickers bars...ha

You can pretty much cook it the same way as you would a pork chop. It's fantastic grilled due to the extra grease so it doesn't dry out as quickly as pork chops.

I was shocked by how greasy they were! Grilled would be awesome especially if they don't turn out as dry as pork chops.

put it in shake and bake and bake it

breaded and fried is the best with the gravy with side of mashed potaoes corn black eyed peas some greens and corn bread
