I bet you they (or someone there) knows how wrong they are. Problem is they see so much potential in BP's right now. The interest has skyrocketed and breeding and genetic interest has as well. They only see $$$ when they pass on info like that.Originally Posted by NorthernRegius
Sadly mis-information is found outside the confines of forums every day. There are two pet-shops in my town. The one I do business with is knowledgeable & knows the basics on morphs, the other place is busy telling folks all the wrong stuff.
Example: they've been telling customers that you can get a visual from breeding a recessive het- to a normal BP. That's how WRONG they are! No amount of talking to them is changing their ill-advice either.
The guy at the shop works for the local zoo (scary ain't it?) & thinks he's a bleedin' authority on all critters. Just because you can feed 'em don't mean you know thing 1 about breeding them, say I.
