Re: Leave hides in during pairing???

I leave them in depending on if the pair uses them. one of my pairs happened to lock under the hide so i left it. others stay outside so i took them out until i separate them.

I don't use hides often, but I do take them out if there does happen to be a hide in one of the females tubs.

I take then out less stuff to move around and easier to see the snakes if they are locked without distrubing them. then I return the hides on the 3days off.

With some snakes, I've taken them out, while others who are a bit more "sensitive" I've left their hides in with them. Both ways work. Just have to know your snakes.

With larger females I take them out, just to give the pair more room (I keep all adult balls in cb70s)
