Thank you guys. I love him. It is a strange story too. Jason just ran into this guy at a pet store selling his Mojave's They weighed about 300 and I decided to go ahead and get the male (since he is sooo gorgeous) and pick up the female later.

A few months later I learned the guy was having trouble paying for rats for all his snakes. I went over and looked at the female, and her bones were growing but she was not. The male was a little over 500 and she was still a little less than 300. Her skin was a little saggy, and her eyes were more bugged than they look now.

I convinced him to let us take care of her until we could pay her off. She is now coming up on the 600 mark, and growing like a weed. He has told us that she looks so good not to worry about payment. He is actually a really good guy, just in the wrong time of his life. We have given him some money of course.

I'm so happy to have them. The male is pretty shy, but the female is definitely not.
