Is a butter a mix between 2 morphs? I see lesser platty and maybe pastel, or is it a base morph?

Butters are a base morph... They are very similar to lessers, a lot of people think they are a variation of the same mutation and they are both (along with Mojoves) a part of the BEL complex.
Smoking Butter... I always prefered lessers over butters but this season I have so many great butters that the line between the two has been all but erased.
Yes I have a mirror that I set on a piece of black velvet and black velvet back drop then I shoot at an angle so the mirror only shows the snake and the black back ground reflecting in the mirror.
