Every time i come into my room with a yellow bag (petland discount) My snake will came out of her hide and immediately get into a striking pose.. Now I just think is pretty cool that when i walk inside my room and if she see's me holding a yellow bag she knows is feeding time... Or can snakes smell a mouse from a distance?

Snakes are smarter than we give them credit for! They learn your routine so when it sees that yellow bag every time it knows its feeding time!

I'd try an experiment! Walk into the room with a plain old yellow bag with no mouse in it (and preferably one that's never had one in it so that you know she isn't picking up a scent). Then try walking into the room with a mouse in something else besides a yellow bag and see what she does!

The yellow in the bag makes no difference because I am pretty sure they are color blind.
