Breeding smaller females

I am new to ball python breeding and I have read a lot about minimum age and weight for females. My question is how many of you have bred a female under 1500 and had larger clutches from it later in life when they did get over 1500. Or do they seem to have small clutches for the rest of their lives because of breeding them too soon.

I personally have not. Last season was my first year breeding a female smaller than 1500 grams. I had one 1200 gram female lay four eggs for me. She has been pounding rats since then, so I am going to breed her again this season.
