    I assume the question is for me

    The water bottles in the incubator have nothing to do with humidity (obviously you would not want to have bottles full of water with holes in them especially when you have electricity involved )

    The water bottles help stabilizing and holding the temps, if the power was to go out the incubator would maintain it's temps longer.

    Humidity has to do with your egg box and how it is set.
