    Wow.
Ok.. tell us your husbandry please. If your force feeding him, he's probably not growing properly and he won't be shedding. List us your temperatures, what cage he's in, how big it is, and what your trying to feed him please.
The shedding issue isn't nearly as big of an issue as the force feeding one.

    How old is this BP?
Are you sure there isn't any retained shed?

nothing like "respectable" breeders selling first time snake owners hatchlings that haven't been well established yet. please tell me where you got the snake.

Re: ball python has never shed

My BP is about 3-4 months old, and she's eating like a champ. When I first brought her home I had her in a 20g tank, and she didn't eat for 2 weeks. I switched her to a 16qt tub, and she hasn't refused a meal since.

What size prey are you feeding your snake, and is it live, f/t, or prekilled?

Edit: And once you switch your hatchling out of the 20g tank, leave him alone for 5 days, then offer him a live mouse hopper.

It should be 80-85 cold side with 90-95 warm side.
He should probably be put into a smaller enclosure like a 15q tub or a 10gallon tank.
Does he have proper hides (no log hides) and DIGITAL (no gauges) thermometers/hygrometers as well as a UTH? Heat lamps are not recommended.
