    asf rats

I had bought a colony of asf rats because i have been told that they have lots of babies but one of my females just had babies and she only had 5. Does anyone know why she only had that many?

but if her size of litter is slowing and getting smaller, she is retiring.
she will need to be replaced soon.

thats the downfall of getting adults to breed.
