    Re: First Ball Python morph

I'd say pastel, because they're the most affordable pretty morph... you can get a het or maybe a yellowbelly for around the same price, but they just don't have the "wow factor" of a nice looking pastel.

My first morph (second BP) was a pastel, who I got for $125 at the Cow Palace Expo in May - wasn't planning to even get a snake, let alone a morph, but who could resist a beautiful boy for only $125?! Don't regret it one BIT, since he's still my favorite snake even after getting 5 more.
    Lolo's Collection...
Ball Pythons: 0.4 Normals, 1.0 Pastel, 1.1 Mojaves, 1.0 Black Pastel, 2.0 Spiders, 0.1 Lesser, 1.0 Orange Ghost, 0.1 Honeybee
0.1 Spotted Python, 1.1 Stimson's Pythons, 1.0 Jungle Carpet Python
3.4 Corn Snakes, 1.1 Western Hognose Snakes, 1.2 cats, and 1.0 dog (47lb mutt)

    Re: First Ball Python morph

I completely just voted wrong LOL! Hit the wrong button. But my first morph was a pastel male. He was proven and very well priced. Seeing as how the pastel is the key to many of the good morphs, i figured id better start with that.

    Re: First Ball Python morph

My first morph, a supposed lemon pastel, was given to me in a reptile store. Free Before that, I never thought I would be able to have morphs as they were so expensive. But since this was a morph and a male (I already had a normal female), it started me on the road of morphs and breeding for enjoyment.
