non-BP BCRC pickup...high-yellow 3 year old leopard gecko!

i got this lil (actually, BIG!) guy to pair with my normal female, paid $30 CAD, he's gorgeous, hefty, and has a wonderful disposition. he's very calm and handle able. he has a regenerated tail (which actually doesn't look as yucky as i thought it would!) it almost looks normal! he's gorgeous and calm and has the BIGGEST leopard gecko smile i've EVER seen! check him out!

    66 grams, holy!

excuse the dog hair on the carpet, we were waaaaaay too busy at the expo to vacuum!

    again with the dog hair

what a gorgeous eye he has, all the better to see crickets with, RIGHT!?

and now for the SMILEYEST LEO EVER!

Very cute, love that smile!!! I'm sure he will make some handsome babies, and at $30, you can't beat it......

AHHHH babies! i didn't buy him to breed but, if it happens it happens. i just thought having only 1 leo to a 33gallon aquarium was a little overkill, so now there shall be 2! he's in a tub in the living room right now though, along with various other pickups! after QT i'm gonna introduce the 2 leos to each other a few times to see how they get along before putting them in the same enclosure.

can't wait to get pictures of them together!

That's probably the least obvious/best looking regenerated tail I've ever seen. The only thing that really gives it away is the lack of ridges & bumps; the overall shape is just about perfect. 66 grams really isn't that huge though - I have a 75 gram female. (She might even be heavier than that now, as it's been a long time since I bothered to put her on a scale.)

yeah the re-gened tail is really good looking, even has all it's color!

i guess he just seems really big compared to my female, when i hold her she seems pretty light. mind you she's only about a year old.
