A tube of silvadene is $15........and it won't cause scales in the surrounding area to flake off like neo and polysporin will.

I'd just use Betadine. I've been told that stuff with oils in it (snake oil, Neosporin, etc.) aren't good for reptilian skin. Most people here won't agree with me on this, though, so just use your best judgment.
