    And now the geckos:

    Normal female (in shed):

    SHT het albino female:

    Jungle albino female:

    Re: My collection...

That albino leo's tail looks a tad thin, as does the hypo tang; are they still juveniles, and therefore putting on more length than weight? Also, leos + sand = bad; your animals, your choice, but I've seen impactions, and I'd never risk it with mine. Paper towels, newspaper, tile, slate...all of these are much better choices than sand.

    Re: My collection...

The Tangerine is a juvie, so her tail size is okay with with me and she is eating like a champ, the albino is new to my collection and I will try to get her booty nice and round the best I can, she ate for me tonite (the first night I own her) and I guess I will get her going.

And I will stick to sand because a) I never heard that the desert in Pakistan has a paper towel floor () and b) I feed these ladies by forceps, so I doubt they will digest sand (there is a calcium bowl in the cage anyway).
If my leo group grows to the point that hand feeding is no more practical I will change the bedding, but till then I wont.
    But thanks for your concerns!

    Re: My collection...

Well, I'm glad you're at least trying to minimize the possibility that they'll ingest the sand. It is admittedly less of a risk for adults and subadults than babies and young juveniles, so hopefully you'll never have a problem.
