Hi,
I would phone the vet in advance and ask if he wants to see all of them or only the one you are certain is sick.
I would also ask his opinion on doing a culture first to make sure the right drugs for the specific infection get used first time. He might not think it's worth it but then again if you are treating them all then having to try three courses of drugs could get expensive.
Best to ask I think.
