Im not sure about other states, but i think most places in ohio wont tattoo anyone under 16, even with parental consent.... You have to be 18 to get piercings or tattoos with out parental consent...Originally Posted by Ginevive

I can't believe that they'll let him get tattooed at 15! I know that in NY and CA, the minimum age is 18.
But hey. If he is mature and feels ready to get it.. I am not against it if you go to a legit shop and everything is done cleanly!
I can't give an idea though, without knowing him. Should be something that is just "him."
Theres actually for some odd reason a ton of kids in my school with tattoos. and its a suburban school... I would bet that theres more girls then guys with tattoos.... By alot... Its weird...
