There is so much conflicting info on here that it's probably rather hard for you to know what is best for a dragon.

Everyone is really nice there and very helpful.
I currently have 3 adults, 1 sub-adult, 2 juveniles, and 30 hatchlings. Bearded dragons are like scaly puppies they each have their own personalities, likes and dislikes and are one of the most docile lizards I have seen.
