I have spoken with/know of more than a few experienced breeders who hatched 20+ PERFECT Caramels each year over the last 5-6 years with little or no kinking within a years production.
I believe that the Caramel kinking is GENETIC and not incubation temp/humidity related.
Facts point to kinking being "somewhat" isolated to early line breeding by one of the founding Caramel lines. I am not comfortable naming the line.
The bottom line as I see it is that common thought would have you believe/infers that every third visual Caramel/Caramel combo is a "bent in half TRAIN WRECK" I find this notion abjectly ABSURD!!!
