I don't think the no pooping is what you should be concerned about. Ball pythons can go well over a month with out pooping easily. Not pooping just means they are absorbing more of the prey item.
Your snake is considerably underfed. You should be feeding her small rats by this point in her life. Start with some adult mice and work your way up slowly. Your snake is probably very small from not being fed enough so you don't want to cause a regurgitation by jumping to a large prey size right away.
Also, you should get some different hides. Identical preferably. Half log hides are never appropriate for ball pythons in my opinion. Get some "rock cave" type hides. You can also use opaque plastic bowls and cut a hole in the side.
