freeze rats w/o using kitchen freezer

Anyone know where to buy a little freezer or is there a way to use dry ice to keep em frozen? Just looking for an alternative to having to put snake food in the freezer with my food =)

I had a cheap, full size refridgerator given to be because it is old. It is dedicated to beer, bait, and rats. Look on craigslist, I find cheap refridgerators on there all the time.

I found a nice 4.5 cf. chest freezer on craigslist, never used for $60. Check your local paper or go to garage sales.

I know mentally its a little unnerving to have rodents in with your frozen food but if you have everything sealed properly its no different than keeping chicken with beef. It doesn't bother me that I can reach in and grab a lean cuisine or a small rat

I would have to say that a rat raised the right way is a lean cuisine.

    craigs list.

Once when I was moving I asked my mom if I could store my rats in her big freezer. She told me no trouble, frozen meet is frozen meet
