Was my previous ball a morph?
This was my first ball python. died 2 years ago. i bought him as a baby for $10.

that stripe ran almost the full length of his back. broken up a few times

i was browsing this page. and he looked almost identical to the harlequin striped python.

harlequins are not a morph per se, the striping is not caused by a genetic mutation, but a random outcome of normal patterning.

There are lots of striped ball pythons- some prove out genetic, most don't, and others turn out insane like the G-Stripes
