Ok , so here goes. Two of my guys(male Mojave & female normal), just shed. Their sheds were perfect except for one little problem. I found a few blood spots on their paper towels and on one of the sheds (hers) had blood around where her anus/cloaca? would be. Both of their sheds were in one complete piece. They are housed in an adult rack system. Hot spot temp varies between 89F. to 94F. They eat like mad, never missing a meal, and seem to be healthy in all respects. My Mojave boy is 14 months old, and the female in question is approx. 2, and thats a guess based on comparing her size to my mojave boy with a known birthday. Has anyone seen this before or is this normal and I am just seeing it now that I have been keeping them on paper towels. I should add that all my B/P's are being treated for mites using an ivermectin spray down of cage and animal with a daily bedding change thats why they are on paper towels.
Thanks In Advance,
Mike Kelly
P.S. - I have used the Ivermectin spray in the past with great success and no problems.
