Need ideas on home made hides for ball python

    Hey guys

Just had a question i have a newly baby python and was wondering if you had some ideas on making small hides for my ball python instead of buying those ridiculous expensive rockhides that will be no use when she gets bigger any advice.

Opaque plastic bowls, turned upside-down, with an opening cut. Be sure to smooth edges.
Plant water trays (the round ones that go under pots) can be used for smaller snakes.

I have used empty Baby Wipe Boxes and Cheap plastic bowls. Each with an entrance cut out. Good luck with your quest.

If you already have hides that may be a little too big for em you could try stuffing them with paper towels or newspaper to make them feel more secure.

Some Walmarts have gardening sections. You may have to go some where special though gardening supplies in wholesale retailers may be seasonal. Theres always the internet?

You could also try going to a dollar store or a wholesale/grocery store and see if they have any small animal bowls or opaque Tupperware. Same principles would apply for cutting.
