sigh .. Linux has a special place in my heart, but I need to actually do stuff with my PC, I have games to run and programs to use that Linux either needs to be hacked to do, or just cannot.
I love Linux, but I am most definitely a PC.

Ever heard of the term "Hackintosh"?
I can be whatever I want on a PC, but you can only run Windows .. on top of the Mac OS (Boot Camp).

Re: Reason #1 to be a PC
Lol, nice. There's a bunch of these videos.
I guess I'll be the guy to say I think both are decent, they both have there quirks. The one thing I hate about macs though is they are marketing that macs don't crash, don't get viruses, and are better for media applications. When in reality, they do crash/freeze/hang (even the new ones), they can get viruses they just own such a small percentage of the market no one wants to write any for them YET (plus they don't have any protection ex. firewall, anti-virus and spyware software), and all the media applications they promote are already on windows.
Woops I like to rant. I would definitely take a pc over a mac but I don't think either are terrible. I'm feel bad for mac users when all these issues pop up and they're kicking themselves in the butt for spending twice as much.

I don't want to turn this into a Mac/PC debate, both have pros and cons. But I guarantee you there are people trying to write viruses for Macs. They've built themselves up to be so virus proof, that the holy grail for someone writing viruses would be to infect a mac.
