Do any of the vendors there buy snakes or take them in in exchange for others? A friend of mine has a python he's thinking of bringing to try and swap for another python. He wants a ball and i guess he has a blood python or Burmese or something like that....not sure really...

I've been to the last three (usually to get supplies because it's WHOO cheaper than a petstore)--pastels have been going from $65 and up but that'll depend on the grade of it, but that's the cheapest one I saw.

Oh and nope, not possible to bring your own animals. Only registered vendors are allowed to. =/

most vendors probably wont trade for anything ordinary like a normal burmese remember they are there to try to sell stuff and thats been hard enough as it is. the other thing is your not allowed to bring in your own animals unless you can smuggle it in and if his snake has any size that may be kind of hard. I went to the site and saw the rules. I doubt his 5 foot snake will fit into a back pocket. I'm looking forward to going to my 1st reptile expo, that's for sure...Hopefully I'll find what I'm looking for at a reasonable price...time will tell...

They're pretty reasonable. But not as cheap as Hamburg where i saw 1for12, 2 for 20 at one table for any sex normals It would be interesting to see some prices since Daytona was all over.
