Hmmm the lighting is a bit off for me to make a definitive decision. The last post with pictures is probably the best because the top picture seems to have the best lighting/hue, it looks like a super pastel, but the second picture with the pastel shows how "ghostly" it is.

I'm just having an incredibly hard time believing that the breeder thinks it's a super pastel if it is indeed a SPOG! Maybe sperm retention, or the breeder didn't have a clue???

I don't see ghost it at all in the last pics, just a sweet super pastel

I agree, very nice super pastel. The earlier pics did look kind of hypoish, but the black tones in that last set of pics are too dark for it to be hypo IMHO. Incredible animal with great color all the same.

Here is what Big Gunns "doesn't understand". Why people keep buying snakes from breeders then after they bought them, they question what the breeder told them. If you have a question....don't buy it.

Now in this case maybe you thought you were getting a "steal"...... since a SPOG(dumbest name ever) is worth more.

It looks like a Super to BG, although it could be an uglier "dumbest name ever". It does have a kinda leeetle "ghosty hue" to it. You may want to try and breed it with something that has the ghost gene in the future.

X3!! Looks gorgeous!! Definitely a 5 star super. Go with what the breeder said it was. You could call it a SPOG (now I'm going laugh every time i see that), but would just be a super unless proven otherwise.
