    Re: Leopard Gecko eye problem

    Hi,

    Just to get some background info before the experts arrive can I ask the following;

    What did the vet say?

    Are you using UV bulbs?

    Can you get a better lit picture? ( I tried just lightening the one you posted but the eyes are just black and undefined. )

    That might help them get to the bottom of it a bit quicker I hope.

    Well the eyes are just a solid poop green. And I have NO money for a vet so he said nothing. I have used no UV bulbs either.

    Re: Leopard Gecko eye problem

    Green goo is an infection and the only way to treat that requires a trip to the vet. I understand you have no money for that but your little friend needs medical care. Can you work out a payment plan with the vet, if you are a regular client they may be willing to help you out. Can anyone (parent) loan you the money? It seems to have gotten worse since your first post and really isn't going to get better on it's own.
    If you honestly can't treat and care for it properly then perhaps you could give it to someone who can. I am not trying to be rude or mean but it's not fair to the gecko.
    Is this the same one you were going to toss in the freezer or was that another one with other issues?
