Rep System

I have never used the Rep. System. I have a question about it.

When you push the button for either positive, or negative, is there a spot to type in why you feel the receiver is getting the type of rep that they are?

Press it and find out! ;-) BTW, I just repped you and the original poster! Is there abuse of the rep system?
