    Re: Caramel Albino Pricing

Caramel kinking has been DRAMATICALLY overstated!!!! There are more than a few breeders that have been producing 20+ Caramels a year with NO KINKING. The way most posters talk about Caramels leads people to believe every 3rd one hatched is a "bent in half disaster" -- ABSURD.

From what I have been able to glean from talking with as many experienced Caramel breeders as possible -- which I am NOT -- yet, is that most of the kinking occured from line breeding one of the Caramel lines.

Ultramels are a different morph and will age differently and combine differently with other morphs. I like the Ultramel VERY MUCH -- but I like the Caramel projects I am working more. My second Caramel Mojave clutch just hatched this morning -- containing a Caramel and a Caramel Mojave -- both perfect. -- just as I expected.

On a side note, I find it interesting that more often than not, negative spin about "insert your morph here" comes most passionately from those that have chosen not to work with said morph -- for whatever reasons.
