Your humidity is the problem... Use vermiculite or perlite as the incubation medium!!! Add enough water so that it crumples when squeezed together but no water squeezes out... Humidity should stay at 100% AT ALL TIMES! Once you do this, the eggs should plump back up... Vermiculite and perlite is available at your local gardening stores...
