F/t
Is there a F/T Feeding sticky, or a tread that might have some good step by step instructions. I wanna make sure i have everything right when i offer it to my bp.

Re: F/t
I'm guessing this is your 1st time. I recommend using a hair dryer on the head of the mouse/rat. Don't make it too hot! The snake just needs a good scent to start his hunger, the heat just helps him find the head so that he nabs it 1st. I never touch the rat with bare hands, I always use my tongs to pick it up. Good luck!

I would also pre-scent the room. After thawing out the mouse I would lay it on top of Squishy's tank (assuming Squishy is kept in a glass tank) for a few minutes. Once Squishy starts getting the scent he will become active and begin flicking his tongue. Once you see this you know he is in feeding mode. Grab the mouse with long tweezers or something equivalent by the tail or nap of the neck and cause a little movement. Be careful and don't bop Squishy on the nose with it........just use slight movement about 2 or 3 inches in front of him. Afterwards.........enjoy the show!

Re: F/t
If you dont have a hair dryer, put it in plastic bag in a boel with hot water. When it thawed and "warm", offer it to your snake.. Thats how i do with mine..
If you feed at late night, you probably wont have to place the mouse on the viv before, as it may allready be active, and out adventuring
When you offer the mouse, try to replicate the movements of a rodent. A litlle shaking mixed with som longer "jumps" usually gets the snake interrested..

Re: F/t
He just ate about 1/2 hour ago, thanks for all the advice! I fed him in a bin, seemed to work great. I also dunked the mouse in warm water right before i offered it to him. Thanks again!
