    Talking Surprising shed!

She was just in blue a day or two ago, and then last night her eyes cleared, and now this morning when I woke up I went over to her enclosure and noticed she had shed sometime during the night. I am so excited that this happened. She used to be a LAZY snake and would just make me do the shedding for her, but I can't even believe she did it on her own! She also used to be in shed for over a week, but this took like 6 days. Here are some pics of the shed, and some pics of her that I took this morning and this afternoon.

Here are the ones I took when I got home

And here are the ones I took this morning

    Thanks for looking!

    Cool,

Good job checking for the shed eyecaps as well - far easier than trying to squint lovingly into the snakes eyes to see if they are clear.

If you try that with any of mine they stick their tongues up your nose and make you sneeze.

    Re: Surprising shed!

I wish mine shed that nicely! Don't get me wrong, they always shed all in one piece and I'm thankful for that, but it's like a rolled-up sock: nothing pretty to look at.
