Ya it would be a good idea to give him a bath. Just bathe him in warm water for 5-10 minutes and that's all. But right when you notice feces clean it up right away. And always check the hide for feces 2 days after the snake has eaten and if you don't see anything check up on it each day until you notice it has defecated.
