Giving your python a bath?

I think once a month would be most necessary. Or, like stated before, if they defecate in their hide then snuggle with it. I think it would be best to bathe your snake if that happened because the snake would definitely smell and most likely have the salmonella bacteria on it from laying in the feces.

Do you spot clean? If you don't, that's the main reason why your snake probably smells. None of my snakes smell because I spot clean but if they slither through it and sleep on it before I cleaned it up they would smell so I'd give them a bath.

He likes to go in his hide 85% of the time and snuggle in it..
