Mine roams continually all night long. He will rearrange his hide and sometimes knocking it completely over, tip over his water bowl and burrow everywhere. His cage looks like a tornado went through almost every morning. But when I get up and fix his cage he will go into his hide and will stay there until night time and the cycle repeats. My BP is very active at night.
