Not necessarily - I've got a 3 year old just at 1000 grams who was a very picky eater in year 2. She's just now starting to find her appetite.

For the first year she only ate about half of the time I offered. Now she's eating like a pig. I suppose her eating troubles have stunted her growth a bit, but she is perfectly healthy and happy right now. I also believe that a snake that puts on weight rapidly is not a healthy snake; I don't feed my snakes as often as some keepers do. If I were to get into breeding, I would probably wait until she passed 2000g, but I have no intentions to breed her.

False..I have many 4+ year old girls. They range in size from 1300 grams to 3000+ grams.

She's beautiful! I love the crazy pattern on her lower half... very cool.
And for the record, my big 4(ish) year-old girl just hit 2000g - so yes, they do vary in size.
