    Question Is this a Paradox?

I just got back from Daytona a few hours ago with what I think may have been our steal of the day. We were looking for a male spider and found a nice grouping of spiders we liked for a price we liked. While looking through the little enclosure I spotted a male with what looked like two little extra-dark spots. I picked him up for $150, which is a great price either way for our new little boy, but I was just wondering if what I indeed picked him out for was really a paradox marking. They are located closer to the tail and kind of kiddy-corner to each other. See the pics below and tell me what you think!

doesn't look like it to me.

if it had a patch of normal marking that's what i would see as a paradox. or an albino patch! lol

Definitely looks like a paradox to me! Not too much of an extreme, but it passes....

    Re: Is this a Paradox?

I'd definitely say that's a paradox. Nice spider too, incredibly clean!

I say yes. Not the best representation of one but still looks like one to mee. Its a spider with a spot of normal bp coloration.

    Re: Is this a Paradox?

I would say yes. Although, paradox doesn't really mean anything at this point. It's a mutation that has yet to be explained or proven genetic. Now if it were more distinct that snake would probably be worth more to the right person.

Nice pick up though! If only it was genetic, those paradox albinos are pretty sweet!
