    Would these work for housing

    IF SO COULD I USE A LARGE UTH OR WOULD THAT BRING UP FUMES FROM THE PLASTIC???? WOULD TAPE BE THE BEST OPTION???

    both of those are way to large for a BP go with a 41qt if its for adult female or a 28qt for male. By the way wat is it for? As for the heat pad you can use it as long as you have a renostate/thermostat or some way to control the temps.

    yea that is way to big for a male and it would stress him out alot. I would go with a 28qt or a 31qt tub.

    The 66 qt works fine. I don't believe it's too big at all. Look at the 41 qt compared to 66. Not that big of a difference.

    Nothing only transfers heat upwards, it radiates all around the strip, if its on the bottom of the tank, then the heat will warm it up to a certain temp.
