I NEVER have and NEVER will "flip" animals. I was also just trying to make a point by saying someone COULD.....putting emphasis on the value of the two albinos. Even in the crappiest store, Neal could've bought them and rescued them for his own collection. I mean, think about it....if the place had all its animals confiscated, and then later rehabbed and adopted out, what's the diffference if someone who really wanted to have those two albinos for their own collection bought them first for $15, properly quarantined them, and brought them back up to a good condition to later add to their BP collection?
Would anyone else here on this forum have done the same???? Don't be afraid...come forward..

I would be lying if I said no. I would have ran them straight to a vet first though . I feel terrible for all those animals . Why doesn't that guy hire some good help . These stores could hire 1 or 2 good hands over a bunch of lazy low paid under -trained employees . There are 2 jobs in the world that people have to have a passion for when doing the work and that is if you are taking care of people or taking care of animals .

Whoah whoah whoa.Yes, I'd be happy to clarify.
1st. I said, I'm NOT saying he's dishonest. I simply said i didn't beleive it.
2nd. I said a person who knew even a little about morphs COULD resell them if they were so inclined to do so, IF there were $15 BPs.
3rd. If that DID happen to me, I WOULD have purchased them both.....I have been pining for albinos forever to add to my collection, but have been unable to afford. For $15 a piece in a dive like that, I would have called it a rescue..., and then called the authorities reporting the place.
4th. You are being extremely hostile. Please be a bit less defensive. We are talking about a situation which has not been backed up by photos.
Also, may I ask what YOU would have done if it were you that came across the same situation??????

Defensive? If anything I was being offensive. Hostile? Take it as you want. Any hostility is directed at people who would flip these poor animals on unsuspecting buyers to make a quick buck. If that doesn't describe you, well, as you were.

To answer your question:

I could give a rip about BP morphs and I am a firm believer in not patronizing businesses that mistreat their animals.

Not only would I not risk my animals to make a measly couple of hundred bucks (and keep a shady business going), I would not put another person's animals at risk for ANY amount of money.

Neal has not posted pics of albino balls. Two burms doth not a ball make...............

Regardless, there were two mislabeled albino burms - I'm assuming they're worth more than $15 as the tank implied, so the employees are either too lazy or stupid to catch these mistakes.

OMG guys and gals i think this is getting way out of hand ! Lets all get are chill pills out lol chill pill guess im showing my age . Ok back to the story lets set a side what he or she would have done and look at the store where we see all the snakes ! Why don't we all spend are time and get the number of this store and all call ! Maybe calling and spending less time fighting on here things might get better there ! Sorry just my 2 cents

Anybody in their right mind who knew even a little about ball python morphs, even if they didn't LIKE albinos woulda snapped them two up in a heartbeat for $15 a piece.....they could've resold them superfast for minimally $300 each, and gotten ther money back a millionfold!!! If I ever saw two albino balls in even the crappiest dive of a petstore for $15, you can bet MJ's diamond glove I woulda walked outta there with two albinos, even if it was the last $30 I had to my name.

Be it someone who sees the animals as a chance to make money, or someone who just wants to save them from the wretchedness that the photos imply, this is a discussion.

The tanks were moved around more then when I had went there the previous day, and like I stated the 2 albino balls were gone, from what I assumed were moved to the back. Even though the prices were listed low, as for the albino burms being the new $15, do you really think they would of honored that price?

Why would I even buy snakes from a store like that? I don't really have a QT setup since I moved to my new place, so chances are I would just bring something in my collection that would be very unhealthy to my snakes.
