I just got off the phone again with a supervisor who told me the same thing. Once the package is in transit, they can't upgrade the shipping method. I explained the severity of the situation and asked why they can't just call the station the shipment is being held at and have them put it on a next day air. I told them I'd pay any fees for whatever could be done, and still the same thing. As of right now they're stuck in Manchester, NH![]()
