    Re: Weight Watchers

    SO I WILL GO FIRST!

Hi! My name is Onikah! And i am 5'2 170lbs ( you dont have to be so open)
I was on medication that assisted in weight gain but mostly was an emtional eater. I went from 120 to my current weight in just over 4 months from some major life issues.

Now a week and a half later I have learned to start eating helathy and now have lost 4.5lbs. I have started walking and I am just WAITING to fit into a size smaller. (I still have all my clothes from highschool (I am 21))

I love losing just a little weight a day and it makes me feel like this is somethign I can really do.

I am Onikah and thatzzz my story

    Re: Weight Watchers

I haven't tried it but my mother is into it. I don't really care much for diets like this. Back in the early 2000s I went on atkins with my father to help keep him on a diet, it ended up making me sick which turned me off to diets.

I just try to be smart about what I eat and exercise...none of which I have been doing in the last 2 years and it's showing ><.

    Re: Weight Watchers

    Hi, Im Randy.
I am a very low carb diet. Not as radical as atkins. I started the diet on June 1st of 2009. I weighed 355 lbs. and wore a tight 48 pants. Now I weigh 295 and wear a loose 42. When you make up your mind to do it, it comes easy... Good Luck to you on your diet.

    Re: Weight Watchers

My mom has done weight watchers twice. Now the only reason for this is because after she reached her goal, she slowly stopped counting. That will be the end of you! She had to do it again but now that she's back down to where she wants to be, she counts her points everyday and continues to look great!

So the moral of the story: Always count your points!

Good luck and congrats on the good start!

    Re: Weight Watchers

I'm on WW! I lost about 10 lbs in 4 weeks, but then fell off the wagon. I'm just now getting back on, and I have to re-lose those 10 lbs

You've GOT to count points every day....the day you think, Hey, I've got the hang of this and I know what I can eat...
That's the day you start gaining again.

    Re: Weight Watchers

I did it a few years ago and lost 75 lbs. I counted points religiously - and then stopped. I couldn't get my motivation back. I need to get back on it, maybe this will be my motivation.
