someone please help!(whoever knows how to build a rack)

can someone please tell me what the guidlines are for building a rack as close to this one is as possible?

    http://www.boaphileplastics.com/rhin...ball_room.html

i know i need a piece of wood for the back, sides, shelves, and bottom. im just wondering what the measurements i need are, how far apart the shelves need to be, and what kind of sealant and supportors i need??

it would really help me out if someone knew this.. or if anyone has plans for a 4 or 5 slot rack for tubs that would fit adult BPs(36-41qt) please let me know asap.

If you check the diy threads you will find a lot of good ideas on how to build a rack. Most people build it out of melemine. With peg board or particle board for the back.

a 28qt tub isnt big enough for wat i need, but your rack is exactly what i need desighn wise, not size wise.

so all i need to know is how you stuck the shelves on the sides, and how you put everything together. screws? Glue?

    Screws,Peg Board,Melamine

shelves are 18x38 each. thats all i can give you as you wont know the height of your rack till you begin to build it. but guessing on a 5 tub rack you looking at a 35" tall rack. just cut the 5 shelves out then cut sides thats say 18x40 and assemble it. If the 40 is too long then cut it down to make it better.

    The dims are as follows.

    12-18x38 pieces for shelves.
    2-18x72 pieces for sides.

the back is open on this rack if your gonna close it up then use a 39.5x72 back piece of pegboard. the pegboard will keep it form begin HEAVY and cheaper.

With mine open back with the 2x4s its still a heavy monster. Weighing over 200 lbs.
Heres a 3d solid model of mine.
