Question Is there a way to setup UTH to re-use it

I really dont want to glue it to the tank if i was to switch to a tub later on i would like to be able to switch it to that... Ive heard of using aluminum tape? Is that the most effective way to do it or is it just a NO-NO

You don't have to glue them on. Yes, you can use aluminum tape or some heavy duty packing tape. Most will probably recommend the aluminum. Permanently sticking them on is a pain when it comes time to clean or change tanks/ tubs...

The zoomed UTH you can take off and put back on. I've done it several times, you just have to slowly work around it which takes about a minute or so to remove.

I took the paper off mine, then went over the sticky parts with foil tape. It doesn't make a huge difference either way. The reason my paper was missing was because it was on a tank using the glue until I removed it using Goo Gone.

Nah, as long as there is air flow under the tank you're fine. Mine sags too, especially when she's on the warm side!

If you need to raise up the tank, put on those little rubber feet that come with the UTHs.
