    AccuRite?

I think that's what they are called, but I was wondering where could I buy this and how much does it cost? I don't want to use those stupid hygrometer gauges... And if I do get the AccuRite, (when I get the UTH) do I just put it between the substrate and the UTH and it will still tell the humidity levels correctly?

I bought mine from Wal-Mart for about $15 but I'm sure K-Mart and Target carry them. Maybe even Lowe's or Home Depot too...Place the probe under the substrate on the warm end and set the actual device on the cool end of the enclosure. It'll tell the humidity level correctly as long as it's in the tank/tub.

dub it a hackneyed, faux demeanor; you'll ultimately stand corrected.

    Re: AccuRite?

I got mine online for $15, and I think shipping was pretty cheap... we don't have a Wal-mart nearby, so that was my best option! Here's where I ordered it from: http://weatherconnection.com/product...curite0&page=3 (and this is the model you should get)
    Lolo's Collection...
Ball Pythons: 0.4 Normals, 1.0 Pastel, 1.1 Mojaves, 1.0 Black Pastel, 2.0 Spiders, 0.1 Lesser, 1.0 Orange Ghost, 0.1 Honeybee
0.1 Spotted Python, 1.1 Stimson's Pythons, 1.0 Jungle Carpet Python
3.4 Corn Snakes, 1.1 Western Hognose Snakes, 1.2 cats, and 1.0 dog (47lb mutt)

    Re: AccuRite?

I bought one at Wal-Mart in the hardware section (same aisle where they had the scales to weigh yourself) last week for $12 + tax. I would say that's your best bet. Way better then the dial type, and still a lot cheaper then the digital ones that are designed for reptiles.

    Wal-Mart.

It comes with a probe, isn't too bulky, and is cheap.
